Appointments 101

$245 - An initial appointment gives us the chance to go over your health history, goals and outline a plan. Physical exams, laboratory and diagnostic testing may be used as needed. Initial appointments are 60-75 minutes long. Please bring any current medications, supplements, and recent lab tests (if available) to this visit.

Follow-up appointments are usually 30-45 minutes long. Longer, 60-minute visits, are available as well. Available for patients after an initial appointment.

Please book an Initial Naturopathic Pelvic Floor Visit. At this visit, we will go over your health history, goals and outline a plan. *A referral is not required. External and internal pelvic exam may be used as needed this intake.

Acupuncture appointments are 45-minutes long and include an intake and treatment. Available for patients after an initial appointment.

Vitamin B12 injection appointments are available for patients after an initial appointment. $30

Virtual Appointments

We do! Telemedicine and virtual appointments are available to all patients from anywhere in Ontario.
Through our online booking page, you will have the option of choosing an in-person or virtual appointment, so you can make the choice that’s right for you.
*If you live outside of Ontario we are unable to see you through telemedicine, but are happy to refer out!
After booking a virtual appointment online, you’ll receive an email to fill out an intake form.
From there, you can choose a video or phone appointment for our visit.
If you’d prefer video call, 30 minutes before our virtual appointment, you’ll be sent a link to login to our virtual video platform.
I encourage patients to bring any current medications, supplements, and recent lab tests (if available) to this visit. You can email recent lab testing to hello@blossomcowellness.com prior to our appointment.
We also ask you to fill out our online intake form before coming in.
After booking a virtual appointment online, you’ll receive an email where you’ll be prompted to fill out our online intake form.

Payment and insurance billing questions

We do everything electronically! When you login, you’ll be prompted to input your credit card info. You’ll only be billed after our appointment.
Naturopathic medicine is not covered under OHIP, however, it is covered under most extended healthcare plans/benefits. We will send an invoice over to you at the end of each session which can be used to submit to your insurance provider to receive reimbursement.
We encourage you to check your benefits program to determine what is covered.
At this time we do not offer direct billing. We’re happy to provide you with a detailed receipt after your appointment, which you can submit to your extended health insurance provider for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Please email our clinic to let us know if you cannot make an appointment.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. You will be charged a $50 fee if you do not cancel 24 hours before your appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, 100% of the visit fee will be charged.
Your credit card information will be recorded when you book your appointment.
